Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Manager to support our high-performance culture and contribute to the success of our organization.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on various projects, including legislative changes, continuous improvement processes, and talent priorities.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute wide-ranging Talent projects such as acquisitions.
  • Work closely with business leaders to create sustained solutions to individual employee matters.
  • Cultivate and mentor Employee Relations Advisors to enhance their skills and expertise.

In addition to your professional responsibilities, you will maintain a healthy work-life balance through our hybrid working arrangement.

  • Demonstrate expertise in employee relations case management.
  • Stay up-to-date on legislative and statutory requirements.
