The role of Senior Academic Leader presents an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated educational professional to assume leadership responsibility within our College community.
This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of expertise, skills, and experience in leading academic teams and developing pedagogical practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in curriculum design and implementation, along with the ability to coordinate teaching and learning programs.
Main Responsibilities- Lead the faculty's academic team in designing and implementing effective teaching and learning strategies
- Manage the faculty's resources, processes, and personnel to ensure optimal outcomes
- Coordinate the development and implementation of new curricula and programs
Our ideal candidate will be committed to excellence in education, possess strong leadership and communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
Selection Criteria- Strong understanding of current curriculum requirements and developments
- Ability to lead and manage academic teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
