Their staff strive to provide friendly and expert customer service across all levels of the network, ensuring they remain the best in the business.

About the Role

This School-based Traineeship is partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd, seeking Year 10 and 11 students to undertake a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations at Metalflex Bayswater.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embracing Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing exceptional customer service
  • Completing certificate requirements, workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments
  • Processing sales and managing stock effectively
  • Answering phones, taking messages, and processing orders
  • Communicating with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up support
  • Maintaining the branch at a high standard

This traineeship will involve working in a Reece branch as well as completing certification requirements. The ideal candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills, be able to follow instructions, demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude, and be willing to give new tasks a try.

The position requires students to work the equivalent of one and a half days per week, with Saturday availability essential. Additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended for progress.

Earn an estimated AU$25-30 per hour, contributing to your overall development and growth within the Reece Group.
