About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Infinite Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our residents and their families.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, including physical, emotional, and safety needs.
  • Work collaboratively with the personal care, lifestyle, and hospitality teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Act as a role model by adhering to safe practice measures in medication management and promoting a harmonious team environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.

About You

We are looking for a caring and motivated individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. You will have the ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, and build rapport with residents and colleagues.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree.
  • AHPRA Registration with no restriction.
  • Valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to resident wellbeing and safety.
