Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Audit, Risk and Compliance to join our NSW Government client. The successful candidate will provide strategic advice and operational delivery of all audit, risk and compliance matters, including developing appropriate frameworks and embedding a risk culture within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The role works closely with our outsourced service partners to ensure alignment with internal audit, risk and compliance frameworks.
  • The role draws on insights to anticipate risks and impacts and futureproof the organisation.

Audit, Risk and Compliance Function:

  • Deliver an effective risk management framework by working with the organisation's Executives and the business units to facilitate the identification and mitigation of material risks.
  • Report on material risks to the Executive and Board.
  • Oversee the outsourced service partners to identify risks in the services provided and ensure they are appropriately mitigated.
  • Implement the organisation's quality control program as it relates to the risk management framework.

Benefits:

  • Salary: $190,000 - $210,000 per annum inclusive of super.
  • Location: Sydney CBD (2000) - 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH.
