
Audio Visual Services Manager

We are seeking a skilled Audio Visual Specialist to join our National Team on a full-time basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking technology team delivering cutting-edge video conferencing and communication solutions to various high-profile clients.
Main Responsibilities- Develop compelling responses to key customers and accounts in the corporate, government, and defence markets.
- Design, price, and implement all technical elements throughout the tender, opportunity, and project delivery stages.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities to align with business policies and strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers through direct engagement.
- Utilize approved software to manage and produce bids.
- Oversee bid processes to assess/upload contracts, details specifications, drawings, management of addendums and RFIs.
- Organise site visits to assist with problem-solving, building relationships, and communicating with end-users.
- Conceptualize drawings and complete minor drawing changes.
- Engage directly with stakeholders and key decision-makers within these markets to develop lasting working relationships.
- Evaluate local markets to create a strategy to increase the presence of our business in the market to achieve required turnover and gross profit.
- Evaluate business opportunities in conjunction with business policies and procedures.
- Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders and decision-makers throughout the bid and project lifecycle.
- Preliminary meeting preparation with key project members including job summary reports, specifications, etc.
- Assist the Project Manager in closing out the project through the provision of relevant documentation.
To succeed in this role, you will be experienced in Audio-Visual Technologies with excellent stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
You will possess:
- A qualification in Audio Engineering, Lighting or Video Technology or similar is highly desirable.
- A current defense clearance is advantageous.
- A passion for delivering high-quality work at all times.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems.
