Key Responsibilities:
• Provide guidance and support to sales floor coordinators, helping them to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

• Collaborate with the store manager to review business data, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address challenges
• Manage and coordinate the sales floor layout, visual merchandising, and inventory levels to maximize sales potential
• Communicate regularly with the store manager, sharing insights, ideas, and concerns to ensure seamless store operations

Requirements:
• 1+ year of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams
• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
