About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our clinical team, providing high-quality healthcare to our patients. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the Nurse Unit Manager or delegate and at times may be required to lead the team as the Nurse in Charge of the shift.

\

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, including Endorsed Enrolled Nurses and Health Care Workers, to provide person-centred care and evidence-based practice to our residents and patients.

\

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation skills. You will be responsible for assessing and implementing allocated and delegated nursing care activities to assist patients/residents meet their care needs and health outcomes.
