About the Role:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team in Toowoomba as a Cotton Purchasing Administration Officer.

This permanent full-time position reports to the Trade Operations Manager and plays a crucial role in supporting administrative duties of the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying accuracy of all paperwork received from origination staff, ensuring smooth processing and efficient team operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify accuracy of all paperwork received from origination staff.
• Ensure special contract conditions are met, including discounts for later delivery and correct delivery points.
• Validate and enter data with high accuracy, maintaining quality standards.
• Enter Bale Purchase Forms and Amendments for purchase contracts, facilitating seamless transactions.
