About the Role

\

This Project Manager position will work alongside the project portfolio manager, executives, and leadership team to manage and support various projects within Whiddon's portfolio.

\

You will be responsible for delivering projects end-to-end, ensuring excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
  • \
  • At least four years of experience in a project management position, working on business system implementation and management\
  • Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to influence business stakeholders and engage them effectively\
  • Proven experience supporting Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, SQL Servers, and database management skills, Power BI, and automation tools\
  • Experience producing business requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, and test scripts\
  • Solid experience in workshop facilitation, negotiation, and influencing key project stakeholders to derive business needs\
  • A high level of self-motivation, strong time management skills, and a highly motivated 'can-do' attitude\
  • Ability to think logically and solve problems accurately in a fast-paced environment\
  • Experience supporting Windows-based environments, thin client/Citrix environments, and Windows and Mac OS\
  • Experience in developing and deploying mobile solutions\

$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
