As a Graduate Program Coordinator at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, you will play a crucial role in supporting the engagement and experience of our Early Career Programs. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same.

About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating key cyclical activities, such as recruitment support, onboarding, rotations, and engagement events. You will also manage scheduled and ad-hoc events, including logistics, facilitator requirements, attendee tracking, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of exceptional Early Career programs experiences
  • Coordinate key cyclical activities such as recruitment support, onboarding, rotations, and engagement events
  • Manage scheduled and ad-hoc events and development sessions, including all logistics, facilitator requirements, attendee tracking, and communications
  • Support and partner with key stakeholders in each business on all graduate and intern activities
  • Attend university events and represent Commonwealth Bank of Australia
  • Establish and support each programs Graduate Committee, being a key contact for the Chair's and committee members, providing guidance on Commonwealth Bank of Australia policies and working with the committee on initiatives and projects
  • Work closely with Campus teams to support recruitment and learning events as part of the groupwide Graduate Program
  • Provide general coordinator support to program management activities such as maintaining systems and data, processing expenses, and managing an inbox and SharePoint

  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment, supporting high-volume activities, program delivery, and event management
  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Comfortable working autonomously and collaborating with colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear messaging through various communication platforms
  • Diligent, detail-oriented, and skilled in managing data, preparing reports, and tracking metrics
  • Motivated to deliver exceptional experiences for our graduates and interns
  • Excited to collaborate and partner with multiple internal and external stakeholders with differing needs and priorities
  • Passionate about supporting Early Careers Talent
  • Highly proficient in all MS Office tools
