About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily coordination of the ReSet South Hub in consultation with the ReSet Management team and Centrecare Senior staff.

The successful candidate will contribute to the Gosnells leadership team, supporting staff and clients, and ensuring the designated programs undertake good quality client intake, screening, assessment, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure service delivery and therapeutic interventions of the designated programs are aligned with the programs' contractual requirements, Therapeutic Framework, and evidence-based practice.
  • Coordinate Intake, Screening, and Assessments of program prospective clients from entry (referral) to exit, in consultation with the Executive Manager (EM) and Program Manager (PM), where appropriate.
  • Facilitate monthly team meetings within allocated program areas.
  • Facilitate monthly group supervision with each program team or cluster of programs.
Requirements
  • Recognised qualifications in Justice/Criminology, Psychology, Social Work/Sciences, Mental Health, and/or Counselling, and related disciplines or equivalent.
  • Sound crisis intervention skills and knowledge.
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams.
  • Specialist knowledge of community services and service delivery gained through experience, education, or training.
  • Experience in Family and Domestic Violence program and service delivery.
  • Relevant Experience working in a Justice Setting.
  • Experience in case management, report writing, and coordination of client services.
