Submarine Sustainment Learning Leader

This role presents a unique chance to lead the development and execution of a national learning strategy that will shape Australia's sovereign submarine sustainment workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement the SSN Sustainment Learning Strategy and "Train in Australia Plan"
- Design and deliver onboarding, technical, and compliance training programs for the submarine sustainment workforce
- Act as the lead for all technical learning activities related to submarine sustainment
- Lead the development of the WA Learning Facility in collaboration with infrastructure and program teams
- Deliver internal and external briefings and workshops to keep stakeholders informed
- Provide leadership to the L&D team focused on submarine sustainment
- Manage L&D actions to support capability building and SQEP outcomes
The successful candidate will contribute directly to Australia's national security by shaping the nation's sovereign submarine sustainment workforce through innovative learning strategies.
