Corporate Attorney Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a corporate lawyer with 2 - 6 years post admission experience to join our team, working on complex transactions and collaborating with partners and senior lawyers.
The role will involve drafting and negotiating transaction documents, working on matters related to corporate/M&A transactions, including due diligence, analysis of legal and contractual issues, and attending to regulatory matters. You will also be responsible for liaising with clients and corporate advisers, as well as other groups within the firm who provide input on M&A issues.
The ideal candidate will have analytical and drafting skills with strong attention to detail, ability to organise and prioritise effectively, and strong commercial acumen; technical excellence and drive. This is a hands-on corporate & commercial role with significant learning and development opportunities, and the chance to work with a broad mix of local and international clients, including business owners, private investors, boards and other stakeholders.
About You
- 2 - 6 years post admission experience in a corporate & commercial practice.
- Experience in M&A transactions.
- Analytical and drafting skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to organise and prioritise effectively.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong commercial acumen; technical excellence and drive.
