Job Description

As a Home and Investment Lending Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supporting customers to achieve their financial goals, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position based at our ANZ Sunshine Coast branch locations. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, helping them navigate the home loan journey and achieving their long-term financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers to purchase, own, or invest in property
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to deliver tailored solutions
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional customer service
  • Build lending capability through ongoing training and development opportunities
  • Cultivate transferable skills that can be applied across various roles within the bank and beyond.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant residential lending and retail banking experience
  • A proven track record of working in sales environments with financial targets and pipeline management
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
  • Strong customer focus and ability to network effectively
  • Financial acumen and attention to detail
