We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Engineer to join our team at Arup. As a Fire Protection Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative fire protection solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver fire protection systems for various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and project managers, to integrate fire protection systems into building designs.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of fire protection services.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on fire protection solutions.
  • Apply design solutions across a range of systems, facilitating coordination and integration for well-considered holistic design outcomes communicated through high-quality design documentation.
Requirements
  • Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a similar field.
  • Experience in Fire Protection Engineering design within a consulting business environment.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and design tools, ideally including REVIT.
  • Experience in detailed design work in relation to wet and dry fire systems.
  • Experience in collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to integrate fire protection systems seamlessly into building designs.
