High-Performance Air Solutions Specialist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our high-performing energy recovery ventilation and air handling solutions team.

The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in HVAC assembly, leadership skills, and the ability to mentor junior team members. This role involves championing safety procedures, acting as a subject matter expert in HVAC construction assembly, and developing best practices for assembly processes.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for staying up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and regulations, actively participating in hazard and near miss reporting, and providing technical expertise to resolve challenging assembly issues.

Key qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in carpentry, construction, or assembly of HVAC units
  • Experience leading projects and teams required
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools such as drills, saws, and grinders
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings
