Customer Experience Associate - Westfield

We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to play a vital role in enhancing the shopping journey for our customers. As a member of our seasonal services team, you will be responsible for creating extraordinary customer experiences across our destinations.

  • Provide exceptional service through greetings, navigation, gifting solutions, and assistance with directions.
  • Support the marketing team with festive events and surprise moments.
Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and support. This includes:

  • Managing traffic flow by rerouting and directing vehicles during peak times.
  • Providing assistance and information in a busy retail environment.
  • Assisting customers with car park operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Provisional license (Manual/Auto).
  • Confidence in providing assistance in a busy retail setting.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
