This is a challenging leadership position that requires a dynamic individual with strong risk management expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. As the Regional Lead for Project Risk, you will be responsible for delivering project risk management across a region, providing guidance, support, and expertise to risk management activities across global business unit proposals and projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience working in projects within construction or infrastructure and at least 10 years of dedicated roles managing project risk management. They must demonstrate experience in qualitative and quantitative risk management and have relevant recognized certifications or diplomas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy project risk management tools, procedures, and frameworks across projects.
  • Deliver project risk management programs aligned with ISO:31000.
  • Foster collaboration and engagement among stakeholders through high-level risk workshops, risk meetings, and reviews.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of project-specific risks and effectively interact with all layers of the project to influence risk culture.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working in projects ideally within construction or infrastructure.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in dedicated roles managing project risk management.
  • Demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative risk management.
  • Relevant recognized certification or diploma.
