About the Role

You will be responsible for various merchandising tasks such as developing relays and planograms, setting up point of sale, pricing, and ticketing. You will work on an ongoing, casual basis with up to 20 hours per week (average 8 hours per week), with flexibility required across Monday to Friday.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Relationships: Build strong relationships with grocery personnel.
  • Create Quality Relays: Develop and maintain quality relays/planograms in stores.
  • Pricing Compliance: Ensure pricing and ticketing compliance.
  • Team Player: Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Reporting and Photos: Submit accurate reporting and upload quality photos via smartphone.
  • Safety Requirements: Safely perform physical requirements including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.

Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Planogram Experience: Planogram experience in a grocery/retail environment is beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong Skills: Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail are required.
  • Coles Group Experience: Experience working within the Coles Group is highly regarded.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to perform the physical & repetitive requirements of the role.
