Retail Store Management Position

Our organization is seeking a skilled Retail Store Manager to lead our retail team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for customers, exceeding their expectations in terms of service quality and achieving sales targets.

Your Key Attributes

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing role.
  • Desirable supervisory experience but not essential.
  • Cash handling and EFTPOS skills.
  • Knowledge of stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising practices.
  • Familiarity with sales performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A strong desire to succeed and contribute to the organization's growth.
