We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

This role offers a flexible work environment, with the option to work from home for some shifts. The remainder of your shifts will be based in our office. You'll need a fast and reliable internet connection and a safe, ergonomic workspace.

To succeed, you'll need to be a team player, but also comfortable working independently and finding solutions. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.

You'll be using computers and IT systems, so being open to learning new things is crucial. You'll need to be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and every second weekend. Four weeks of full-time training (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) is also required.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing high-quality customer support across all channels, ensuring a great customer experience and building trust in our brand.
  • Offering convenient solutions, demonstrating empathy and a customer-centric approach in every interaction.
  • Using issue resolution techniques to contribute to smooth interactions and drive customer retention.
  • Investigating complex cases, liaising with service providers, and assessing quality and warranty-related issues.
