Loan Kit Coordinator Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team in Artarmon as a Loan Kit Coordinator. This ongoing assignment offers the potential for a permanent position.

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehousing or loan kit management within the medical device industry, preferably on SAP or similar systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders and consignment stock replenishment across various sites
  • Pick, pack, and prepare medical kits for dispatch
  • Communicate daily with internal staff to ensure customer orders are met
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and stock taking
  • Assemble, maintain, and repair instruments to good working order
