Job Title: Senior Guidewire Consultants

Overview:

Guidewire delivery is a highly specialized field that requires expertise in customizing and configuring applications, translating business needs into technical solutions, executing test plans, and reporting bugs. This role involves supporting end-to-end implementations from requirements gathering to solution design, testing, and deployment.

The Role:

  • Developers must have strong programming skills and be able to work with various technologies to customize and configure Guidewire applications.
  • Business Analysts should have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Quality Assurance (QA) professionals need to execute test plans and report bugs effectively.
  • Auto QAs require strong analytical and problem-solving skills to build and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Project Managers should have leadership skills to lead implementation projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Architects must have technical expertise to design scalable solutions and provide technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Developers will be responsible for writing clean, modular code, conducting unit tests, and documenting their work. Business Analysts will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, define business processes, and develop technical specifications. QA professionals will create comprehensive test plans, execute tests, and report defects. Auto QAs will write efficient automated test scripts to reduce manual testing efforts. Project Managers will oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results on time. Architects will design scalable solutions, provide technical guidance, and mentor team members.
