Facilities Management Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible facilities management professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to manage diverse facility operations, providing crucial support to clients across various properties for short-term and long-term engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage client relationships and service delivery
- Ensure property compliance with regulations and safety standards
- Oversee planned and non-routine maintenance
- Manage third-party supplier relationships
- Assist in operational management
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives

Requirements:

- 7-10 years facilities management experience or 5+ years in related field
- FM or Technical qualifications preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
- Experience in managing critical environments
