About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate nursing professionals to join our team in a part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake comprehensive assessments of residents' clinical, social, and self-care needs.
  • Anticipate and respond to changes in residents' health status, initiating further assessments or referrals as necessary.
  • Provide supportive guidance and mentorship to unregulated care workers.

Requirements:

  • A current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Clinical experience and ability to manage risk in an aged care setting.
  • A sound understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and quality management systems.
  • Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance.
