Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of staff and visitors in a retail environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Patrol the retail store premises to maintain a visible presence and deter potential incidents.
  • Investigate disturbances and monitor entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Respond to emergency situations confidently and effectively operate theft-detecting devices.
  • Maintain positive customer relationships while dealing with large crowds.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid SIA License.
  • A 5-year checkable work/career history.
  • Experience in a similar role is advantageous.
  • Physical fitness to undertake given tasks.
  • The ability to work under pressure.
