Position Overview

We are in search of a Guest Service Agent who is passionate about creating memorable experiences and fostering genuine connections with our guests throughout their stay.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering outstanding service during check-in, check-out, and throughout the guest's experience;
  • Supporting the Duty Manager in the efficient operation of the Front Office Department;
  • Coordinating daily with other departments such as food & beverage and housekeeping regarding guest requests and activities;
  • Ensuring adherence to procedures concerning guest confidentiality and safety;
  • Maintaining precise financial transactions and documentation to uphold the integrity of the hotel's financial records.
