The Assistant Manager in Health Support Services leads the team to ensure efficient service delivery and develop strategies for improved patient care.
Key Responsibilities- To provide leadership and direction to the Health Support Services team.
- To implement initiatives that enhance patient experience and satisfaction.
- To manage resources effectively to meet organizational objectives.
Health Support Services plays a critical role in delivering essential services such as fire safety, security, cleaning, portering, stores, catering, and fleet management.
The team works closely with other departments to provide seamless services and maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior leadership role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
