Job Title: Retail Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Operations Assistant to join our team at Liberty Wholesale.

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our retail operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service on the console, forecourt, and shop floor, responding to customer queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage the safety of the forecourt, supervise driveway attendants, and prevent drive-offs.
  • Maintain a clean and well-presented shop, including restocking shelves and rotating stock.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Friendly and enthusiastic approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a customer-facing role, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Willingness to help other staff members when needed, contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Working Hours:
  • Monday and Tuesday: 8am - 5pm
  • Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8am - 3pm
  • Additional hours may be required to cover absences or annual leave.
  • This role is open to job sharing or two part-time staff covering the specified hours.

Estimated Salary:

$45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
