Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our team in WA. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and engaging store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new products and promotions
  • Contribute to a positive and engaging store environment, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up and maintaining displays and ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and returns
Requirements
  • Previous retail experience, preferably in the homewares industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
