Job Title: Training & Education Specialist

The role of the Training & Education Specialist is a pivotal one, as you will play a key part in developing and inspiring Beauty Advisors across multiple channels.

\

  • You will be responsible for creating engaging training programs that cater to the diverse needs of our Beauty Advisors.\
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies to enhance their skills and knowledge.\
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of educational content.\
  • Fostering a culture of learning and growth within the organization.\
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform your approach.\
  • Providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure our Beauty Advisors are equipped to meet business objectives.\
  • Supporting the development of new initiatives and projects that drive business growth.\
  • Conducting research to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed.\
  • Participating in meetings and presentations to share insights and recommendations.\
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.\
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on progress as required.\
  • Embracing a customer-centric mindset and ensuring all interactions align with our brand values.\
  • Other responsibilities may include participating in workshops, conferences, and other events to stay current with industry developments.\
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to support business objectives.\
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials and communications to promote our products and services.\
  • Helping to plan and deliver internal training sessions and workshops.\
  • Playing an active role in mentoring and guiding junior team members.\
  • Engaging in continuous learning and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.\
  • Performing any other tasks as assigned by management.\
  • Identifying areas for process improvements and implementing change where possible.\
  • Actively seeking out opportunities for growth and development both personally and professionally.\
  • Supporting the organization's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
