We are seeking a dedicated Cleanliness Specialist to provide high-quality cleaning and laundry services for our elderly residents.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about maintaining a clean and safe environment.

  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident rooms
  • SUPPORTING COLLEAGUES TO ACHIEVE TEAM GOALS
  • WORKING IN A SAFE MANNER TO PROTECT YOURSELF, COLLEAGUES, AND RESIDENTS

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A kind heart and genuine passion for delivering high-quality care to the elderly
  • Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience working as a cleaner ideally
  • Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families
  • A reliable team player
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
