Senior Associate Employment Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join our team in a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law and industrial relations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing expert advice on all aspects of employment law, including industrial relations, discrimination, work health and safety, executive remuneration, and diversity;
- Representing clients across various Courts and Tribunals;
- Supervising and mentoring junior staff;
- Developing and participating in business development initiatives, including seminars and publishing articles;

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice on employment law and industrial relations;
- Represent clients in various Courts and Tribunals;
- Supervise and mentor junior staff;
- Develop and participate in business development initiatives;
Requirements:
- At least 8 years PQE with demonstrated experience in a senior associate/special counsel role;
- Strong experience working across a range of employment law and industrial relations matters;
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously as well as within a team to manage a robust and diverse workload;
- Experience in supervision and mentoring of junior staff;
- A high degree of initiative, dedication, and commitment to client service;
- Strong communication skills and practical problem-solving skills;
- A desire to develop and participate in business development initiatives;
