We are seeking a skilled Category Buying Manager to lead our Craft Beer category. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a category strategy to drive sales and profitability across our stores.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with suppliers to determine range and pricing structure
  • Driving results and performance of the category
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and strategy teams

  • Managing key processes for the assigned category
  • Leading and developing a team

About You

We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated category management experience within a retail or FMCG environment. You will need outstanding influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, as well as a creative style and ability to operate in a dynamic, customer-driven retail environment.

Proven ability to champion and drive change, strong financial acumen, and experience or interest in Beer, Wine, or Spirits are highly desirable.
