**Restaurant Operations Role**
This is an exceptional opportunity to obtain a rewarding position working with a professional organization in Australia.

About the Venue
Garum is situated in the historical Hibernian Hall at the foot of The Westin Hotel in Perth's East End. The venue focuses on Roman techniques and traditions, delivering local ingredients with a unique Roman flavor.
The focus is on guest experiences and team development in an excellent environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Restaurant Manager and lead a large team of service staff and bartenders.
- Prepare and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Lead and mentor the team.
- Maintain guest information.
- Assist Restaurant Manager with product development.
- Work within the leadership team.
- Ensure consistency and maintenance of the restaurant.
