This is a newly created, pivotal position within our organisational structure. As the Head of Marketing and Communications, you will play a crucial part in shaping a high-performing and engaging workplace culture.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of dedicated marketing and communications professionals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that align with our overall mission and strategic objectives.
- Oversee public relations strategy and act as a key spokesperson for the organisation.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a marketing and communications leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Experience in brand management, public relations, and digital content creation.
- Strategic thinker with ability to translate our mission into actionable marketing plans.
- Exceptional communicator with strong writing, speaking, and storytelling skills.
- Creative and innovative with passion for finding new and better ways to engage our community.
- Exceptional leadership with demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
