Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill the role of Service Leader.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about working with young people and families, and who has experience in managing teams and providing support and guidance to staff members.


The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Care Practitioners and Youth Workers, and will work closely with colleagues to ensure that our service is delivering high-quality care to our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills, work with a talented and committed team, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and young people.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Social Work or Psychology;
  • Experience incorporating the CARE model when supporting children and young people, or reflection on how you would incorporate these into your team's practice;
  • Demonstrated experience leading a team that works with children and youth within a therapeutic care environment;
  • A Current Blue Card (Working with Children);
  • A QLD Driver's Licence; and
  • First Aid and CPR Qualifications.
