Secondary Learning Support Coordinator Job Description

Maitland Christian School is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Secondary Learning Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and leading learning support in Secondary contexts, with a passion for delivering high-quality education that caters to the diverse needs of students.

  • Oversee the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs), National Disability Coordination Scheme (NCCD) processes, disability adjustments, and maintain relationships with external providers.
  • Work closely with executive staff to implement targeted intervention strategies and programs, provide classroom support, and liaise with external providers.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and respectful culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusivity.
