We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Crew Leader in Parks Maintenance. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading a team of gardeners and maintenance staff to ensure the highest standards of park maintenance across the Northern Beaches area.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers the chance to work outdoors in some of the most beautiful parks and gardens on the Northern Beaches. If you have a passion for horticulture and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role:

  • Lead a team of gardeners and maintenance staff to maintain parks and gardens across the Northern Beaches area
  • Supervise and coordinate daily tasks and projects to ensure high-quality outcomes
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve common goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement plans to improve park maintenance and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Driver's License (required)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
