We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth through effective marketing strategies.

About the Role:

This full-time position involves working closely with our digital marketing agency and managing social media strategy to elevate customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage organic social profiles and create content for paid socials.
  • Develop and manage the Brand Ambassador Program.
  • Collaborate with influencers and brands for partnerships.
  • Assist with product descriptions and web uploads.
  • Create engaging content (flatlays, reels, blogs, etc.).
  • Plan and execute content calendars according to marketing timelines.
  • Design and manage EDM campaigns.
  • Support our digital marketing agency in approvals and direction.
  • Assist cross-functional departments with tasks.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in fashion.
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field.
  • E-commerce knowledge in Shopify (a plus but not required).
  • Attention to detail and a creative eye.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and calendar adherence.
  • Awareness of fashion and marketing trends.
  • Possession and passion for women's fashion.
  • Adaptability and excellent communication skills.

This role is based at our Head Office in Melbourne, with a regular 8 hour shift.
