About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Customer Service Officer. As a key member of our retail team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales support to customers
  • Manage high-value transactions accurately, including cash, cheques, credit cards, and EFTPOS
  • Conduct and process identity services transactions, including Australian Passport Interviews
  • Promote our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling, merchandising, and other promotional activities
  • Assist customers with mail lodgements and associate costs
  • Build rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
  • Assist with administrative duties, such as stocktaking and record maintenance
About You

We're looking for someone who is friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable, with a passion for working in a team environment. You'll need to have experience in customer service and/or cash handling, and be fit to lift up to 16kgs of mail regularly and stand for your shift.
