Job Opportunity for Registered Nurses

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to take on short-term contracts in Medical/Surgical roles across Northern NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your experience, explore regional NSW, and make great money while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the region.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience and be willing to start ASAP through to October. We work directly with several Northern NSW hospitals, including Lismore Base Hospital, Tweed Hospital, Grafton Base Hospital, Ballina District Hospital, Maclean District Hospital, Kyogle Memorial Hospital, and placement will be matched to your experience and availability.

You will need to possess current AHPRA registration and be willing to hit the ground running in a regional setting. If you are looking for a new challenge or a change of pace, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical/surgical environment
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • At least 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
