Job Overview

Regular evaluations of store and team member performance will be part of your role, allowing you to work with the Store Manager to create and implement strategic action plans that maximize your store's potential.

  • Proven experience in a customer-focused supervisory or assistant management role
  • Background in large format, high-volume retail environments
  • Strong business insight and ability to assist the Store Manager in overall store operations while leading teams to meet revenue goals
  • Fashion-forward with expertise in visual merchandising and inventory optimization
  • Operational flexibility with robust inventory management skills
  • Experience in consultative selling with a track record of training and coaching others in this approach
  • Innovative mindset with a history of developing and executing ideas to enhance store performance
  • Effective delegation skills to boost team productivity
