As a key member of the SHEIKE team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. The Assistant Store Manager will be responsible for leading a team of stylists, providing coaching and development opportunities, and working closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales and profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive an exceptional customer experience journey in every interaction
  • Inspire team members through leading by example
  • Ensure the team creates a high-energy and compelling experience for customers
  • Work with the Store Manager to identify areas of opportunity in-store and with the team
  • Drive and manage KPIs daily
  • Support coaching and developing team members to foster their development
  • Achieve and exceed store sales, profit targets, and budgets
  • Be a strong communicator who can lead, coach, develop, and influence others
  • Support driving a commercial business
  • Excellent operations and stock management
  • Be a SHEIKE brand ambassador every day

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in fashion retail as an Assistant Store Manager
  • Positive attitude and willingness to grow and work in partnership with the Store Manager
  • Exceptional customer service and styling skills
  • Driven budgets and achieved exceptional sales results
  • Strong understanding of KPIs and their impact on the business
  • Ability to make decisions based on the best outcome for the business
  • The ability to drive a positive culture and one-team environment
  • Self-motivated and strong communicator
  • A passionate SHEIKE brand ambassador who believes in excellence always
