Fire Protection Specialist

The role of a Fire Protection Specialist is to ensure the safety of people and property by responding promptly and effectively to fires and other emergencies.

  • Operate emergency response vehicles and equipment in a safe and effective manner to minimize damage to life, property, and the environment.
  • Provide first aid and resuscitation where required to prevent injury or loss of life.
  • Maintain QFD resources and facilities at all times to ensure operational readiness.
  • Promote fire prevention awareness within the community through education and outreach programs.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, emergency service personnel, and members of the public.
