Compounding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our compounding team as a Compounding Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in the aseptic production process, manufacturing Chemotherapy, Antibiotics, and Nutritional products for hospitals throughout Australia.

• Picking and preparing raw materials with precision and accuracy
• Aseptically compounding sterile solutions with attention to detail
• Packing and labeling finished units for each order, ensuring final inspection and dispatch
• Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
• Adhering to Baxter's Standard Operating Procedures
• Contributing to Baxter's full inclusion and diversity culture

• Enjoy work that requires a high attention to detail
• Be comfortable working within a cleanroom environment for most of your working day
• Be highly productive and able to work effectively in a team
• Demonstrate a good understanding of basic mathematics and communication skills
• Be flexible across shifts within the operational hours
