About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our compounding team as a Compounding Assistant/Technician. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a stable industry and develop your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking and preparing raw materials for aseptic production
  • Aseptically compounding sterile solutions for hospitals throughout Australia
  • Packing and labeling finished units for each order, including final inspection of products
  • Ensuring documentation is completed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)
  • Adhering to Baxter's Standard Operating Procedures
  • Contributing to Baxter's full inclusion and diversity culture
Requirements
  • Enjoy work that requires a high attention to detail
  • Be comfortable working within a cleanroom environment for most of your working day
  • Be highly productive and able to work effectively in a team
  • Demonstrate a good understanding of basic mathematics and communication skills
  • Be flexible across shifts within the operational hours
