We are seeking an accomplished leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our establishment.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise the food service, kitchen and housekeeping departments

• Coordinate the service and kitchen teams in our restaurant and room service venues

• Supervise and coordinate all shifts across a 7-day roster, including weekends

• Ensure exceptional dining service is provided to all guests
