Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting day-to-day stockroom operations with logistics, inventory management, and stock-to-floor services
  • Providing feedback to store managers on required resources within the store
  • Representing the brand and its values in an inspiring way
  • Complying with operational directives, processes, policies, and standards within the store
  • Driving profitability by meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets

Desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience as a retail team leader in men's/women's apparel or sports footwear
  • Stockroom procedures knowledge
